SUPPORT FOR DIFFERENTLY ABLED

Theeraa AramSeivom (TAS) aims to support persons with disabilities by recognising their abilities, individual needs and potential, rather than focusing only on their limitations.

TAS may identify persons with disabilities who require assistance with mobility, education, daily needs, livelihood opportunities or access to available government support.

Where appropriate, TAS may help identify suitable government schemes, welfare benefits, employment opportunities and skill-development opportunities and guide eligible individuals towards them.

TAS also aims to identify the individual skills and interests of persons with disabilities and explore suitable opportunities where those abilities can be developed and used meaningfully.

With the support of well-wishers, sponsors and suitable organisations, TAS may work towards creating skill-development, livelihood and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.

As a future initiative, TAS may also explore establishing a dedicated social enterprise or workplace where persons with disabilities can develop their skills, work with dignity and become more economically independent.

Our long-term vision is to move beyond assistance and create opportunities for dignity, skills, employment, independence and meaningful participation in society.

தகுதியுள்ள மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு கிடைக்கக்கூடிய அரசு நலத்திட்டங்கள், நிவாரண உதவிகள், வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு வாய்ப்புகளை கண்டறிந்து, அவற்றை பெறுவதற்கான வழிகாட்டுதலை TAS வழங்கலாம்.

நலன்விரும்பிகள், Sponsors மற்றும் பொருத்தமான நிறுவனங்களின் ஆதரவுடன், மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான திறன் மேம்பாடு, வாழ்வாதாரம் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்பு வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்க TAS எதிர்காலத்தில் முயற்சிக்கலாம்.

எதிர்கால முயற்சியாக, மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தங்களுடைய திறமைகளை வளர்த்துக் கொண்டு, கண்ணியத்துடன் பணிபுரிந்து, பொருளாதார ரீதியாக சுயநிறைவு அடையக்கூடிய வகையில், அவர்களுக்கென ஒரு சமூக தொழில் நிறுவனம் அல்லது பணியிடத்தை உருவாக்குவதையும் TAS ஆராயலாம்.
